I downloaded and installed the coreaudiosdk1. User Name Remember Me? I've used the network midi before but had no idea you could send audio as well. Oh yes, I do see them when using, for example, Logic. Mac Pro 3.
Yes, I love these Apple plugs. Sorry, being stupid, found it. I've sucessfully gotten the audio from two computers to record into AU Lab through a firewire network, but the latency would gradually increase in AU Lab with the aunetreveive coming from the networked computer and the timing would get off.
What is "the router"? You can save mixers with your favorite plugins and effects loaded, perfect for standalone instrument computers that aren't running a sequencer. Can you say more about the "tricky part"?
LOGIC PRO X WORKSHOP
The tricky part is that AUNetReceive is categorized as a 'generator' so you'll have to load it in a track that supports this type of plugin in Logic, Instrument tracks worked, but I didn't try Aux. I discovered some great things about Tiger recently, and just thought I'd share them with everybody: I like to have an instance of AUNetSend on a return track, this allows me to quickly send audio from different tracks out from that return track for monitoring, cueing, or processing.
I think it's something with my midi setup. Works on High Sierra.
